Instead of selling our services, we start with planning. We never talk about products in the first meeting. We talk about you, our client, in the first meeting.
This meeting is typically a relaxed, no-obligation, let’s-get-acquainted type of gathering. We talk about what you’re looking to get out of your relationship with a trusted financial advisor. From there, we’ll decide together if we’re a good match. If so, we’ll enter into deeper discussions, which eventually will lead to comprehensive investment discussions.
When we do comprehensive financial planning, we begin with a deep discovery process to glean as much information as we possibly can. We’re goal oriented: we learn what you wish to achieve, and where you intend to be at the various stages in your life. We want to fully understand what you want to accomplish with your money. Only after you've provided enough information about your finances, your savings and your intentions, do we then craft a comprehensive financial strategy for you.
We do the heavy lifting and detailed analysis in formulating your financial plan. We sit together and review the potential scenarios – such as, if you save “X” amount, could you potentially reach your financial goal – and provide a comprehensive projection as to whether or not you’re in line. We work with our clients as partners.
