IntegriGen in the Community
At IntegriGen Wealth Management, we believe it’s important to support the people and communities where we live and work. While financial contributions are always appreciated in the work of non-profits, we believe we need to do more and that’s why it’s also important to us to give our time. In addition to financial support, we commit time to serve as well.
On October 19th, Samantha and her husband Victor, attended a Fashion Show at Fair Oaks Mall to support a charity close to Samantha's heart because of all of the work she does with widows. "Hope for Grieving Families" is a local non-profit that helps provide support and fun and enrichment events for children who have lost a father, mother, or sibling. This specific event focused on raising funds for a grief retreat that will help provide tools and support to allow the entire family to grieve together. We met some lovely children and families and had a great time seeing the kids strut their stuff on the red carpet!
Brad and I were so thrilled to support the Chance for Life charity this month. Chance for Life supports life saving pediatric cancer research and treatment. We attended their Annual Gala at the MGM Grand where there was poker tournament and a wonderful food tasting and Vegas style after party. A few of the Capitals even made an appearance along with Terry Bradshaw, Cal Ripken Jr. and many other celebrities. The females in Brad's family insisted he get a picture with Tom Wilson---Samantha was too bashful!
Brad and his family attended the 2018 Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's "Light The Night" Walk at Rockville Town Center. They attend this event every year and support this cause in honor and remembrance of Brad's mother, Joyce Glickman.
On June 15th, Brad and I had a wonderful time volunteering at Manna Food for our quarterly community outreach day. This quarter, we spent a business day helping out in the warehouse of Manna Foods in Rockville. We helped sort food (including fresh produce) and fill grocery baskets for the 83 families that were scheduled for pickup that day. Once that was complete, we also helped the families take the groceries out to their cars and had the privilege of seeing their grateful faces and interacting with the children as well. It was our privilege and honor to serve and look forward to next quarter's activity.
In April of 2018, IntegriGen Wealth Management was proud to be honored and recognized by the City of Rockville and the Rockville Economic Development Council. It was our pleasure to meet and spend time with Councilwoman Virginia Onley & Bridget Mburu of REDI.
In honor of International Women’s Day 2018, Samantha and some female colleagues hosted a “Women’s Professional Clothing Swap and Collection” benefitting A Wider Circle, a charity whose mission is to end poverty and implements a comprehensive model to support low income neighborhoods. Women were able to network and exchange clothes, but at the end of the swap, two clothing racks and 15 bags full of professional clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories was donated to benefit A Wider Circle’s Workforce Development Program.
Brad supports the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and participated in a Tennis Benefit at Lakewood Country Club in Rockville, MD in January of 2018 where over $5,000 was raised for this worthy cause.

Brad also supports Friends and Patients at NIH and attended the Friends of Patients at the NIH Gala in 2016.

Samantha hosted a charity zumba event at a local park to benefit Life banc through the Gary Graham Memorial Foundation. Life banc helps connects organ donors to those in need. The response was so wonderful, she plans to make this an annual event to raise additional funds each year. She also helps sponsor their annual golf tournament in Cleveland, OH each summer.
